Bubbly SoCal Events LLC, doing business as Bubbly SoCal, operates bubblysocal.com. You can reach us at [email protected].
This policy explains what we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What you give us
When you fill in our contact form we receive what you type into it: your name, email address, phone number if you add one, and the details of your celebration, which may include the date, location, guest count, the service you are interested in and your budget. You choose how much of that to share. Only your name, email and message are required.
What we collect automatically
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It sets cookies in your browser and collects things like your approximate location, your device and browser, and the pages you view. We use it to understand what is useful on the site, not to identify you personally. Analytics runs only on the live site. Google describes what Analytics collects, and how it handles IP information, in its ownprivacy documentation.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you and to plan your celebration. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
If we work together or request vendor quotes on your behalf, we may share limited event details with vendors when necessary to check availability, obtain pricing or provide the services you requested. We share only what is reasonably needed, and we do not share your information with vendors for their own marketing.
Who else handles it
Our website is hosted by Netlify, which also delivers the contact form to us, so your enquiry passes through and is stored on their systems. Google provides the analytics described above. Our email is handled by our email provider. Each of them processes your information on our behalf, under their own security terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply, to plan an event, and to keep ordinary business records afterwards. If you would like us to delete your information, email us. We will delete or de-identify it unless we need to retain it for legal, tax, accounting, contractual or dispute-resolution purposes.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request that we correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. We will honor requests as required by applicable law, subject to information we may need to retain for legal, tax, accounting, contractual or fraud-prevention purposes. Email us at [email protected].
You can turn off analytics cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on. The site works exactly the same either way.
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no common standard for how sites should respond to it, and we do not currently respond to those signals. This disclosure is made under California Business and Professions Code section 22575.
How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we receive. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
We celebrate children constantly, but this site is meant for adults booking a celebration. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
