We’re two Valley moms with a passion for bringing people together and creating celebrations that feel effortless, beautiful, and unforgettable.

What started as planning parties for our own families quickly became something friends and loved ones couldn’t stop talking about. We found ourselves being asked for advice, helping plan special occasions, and hearing the same question over and over: “Have you ever thought about doing this professionally?”

At Bubbly SoCal, we believe every celebration deserves thoughtful details, beautiful design, and a stress-free experience. Whether it’s a child’s birthday, a baby shower, an intimate dinner party, or a milestone celebration, we love turning our clients’ vision into an event that’s both stylish and deeply personal.

Meet Francie

Co-founder

Francie is the co-founder of Bubbly SoCal and brings a thoughtful blend of creativity, organization, and hands-on experience to every celebration. With a passion for design and a natural ability to bring ideas together, she loves creating events that feel beautiful, intentional, and completely personal to each client.

As a single mom of two little ones and a business owner, Francie understands how quickly special moments can pass and how important it is to be fully present for them. Her experience managing projects, coordinating details, and turning a vision into reality inspired her to create a business where families can enjoy their celebrations without feeling overwhelmed.

When she’s not planning events, you’ll likely find her spending time with her children and family, working on a new design project, hosting loved ones, planning her next trip, or dreaming up creative ideas with her best friend and business partner.

Co-founder

Ruta is the co-founder of Bubbly SoCal and the creative mind behind many of the thoughtful details that make each celebration unforgettable. With a natural eye for design, organization, and styling, she loves transforming ideas into beautifully curated events that feel both elevated and personal.

As a wife and mom, Ruta understands how meaningful life’s milestones are and believes every celebration deserves to be enjoyed, not spent worrying about logistics. Her passion for hosting, attention to detail, and love of creating memorable experiences inspired her to turn that passion into a business alongside her best friend.

When she’s not planning events, you’ll likely find her spending time with her family, experimenting with new tablescapes, tending to her garden, baking sourdough, or enjoying a glass of Prosecco while dreaming up the next beautiful celebration.
