Last Call for Miss
A bachelorette weekend in olive green and cream with gold, built round a martini bar, satin bows and an olive on anything that will hold one.
- Olive green
- Sage
- Gold

These boards are ideas rather than photographs. The images show how a theme could look, not a party we have styled. Our real celebrations live in The Bubbly Files.
How to get the look
- The bar does most of the work in this one. We'd put a cream fluted bar front lettered with the party name in dark green. Gold shelving goes behind it, with a warm neon "Martini Club" sign on top. A small framed menu keeps the list short: espresso martini, dirty martini, spicy marg, French 75 and an Aperol spritz. Gold mushroom lamps and glass votives along the counter give a softer light than anything overhead.
- Greet everyone with a scalloped cream sign edged in green, with the martini and olive drawn under the name. Tie an oversized olive satin bow at the top corner and let its tails run all the way to the floor. It will be the photo spot all weekend, so put it where the light is good.
- A curved cream sofa makes a lounge for between rounds. Mix solid olive cushions with green and cream stripes, and crowd a round marble coffee table with candles in gold and glass.
- Lean the grazing table towards olives. Green and black ones go in gold footed bowls, with cheese, charcuterie and fruit on boards round them. A framed "Good food, better company" sign tied with a green bow finishes it.
- The olive on a gold pick turns up on every sign, so the drinks should match. Garnish each martini with one and tie a small satin bow round the stem.
- Favours can cover the morning after. Cream bags tied with green satin carry a little "Last call for Miss" tag, with a mini bottle of champagne beside each one. A green satin sleep mask and a stack of printed napkins go in too, and a "Martini Club" matchbox costs very little for how much it gets photographed.
