How to get the look

Buy the lemons by the crate, not the bag. Sixty whole lemons down a long table costs less than one florist's centerpiece and does more work. They run the full length, they photograph in full sun, and people take them home at the end.
Cut olive branches are the other half of it. One armful, laid in a loose line straight down the middle of the cloth: no foam, no mechanics, no vases. Lay them, tuck lemons into the gaps, done in ten minutes.
Amber glassware, not gold. Real glass in a warm amber catches the late-morning light and throws color onto the linen, where gold-rimmed clear glass just goes flat and gray in photos.
Keep the ceramics unglazed and off-white. Shiny white plates bounce hard highlights straight back at the camera; matte cream holds the soft light and lets the yellow be the only bright thing in frame.
Nothing here needs to be painted yellow. The color comes from real fruit, one linen napkin and the drinks. The moment you add yellow plastic or yellow signage it stops reading Mediterranean and starts reading lemonade stand.
